Eliminate Corruption, Reconstruct Ukraine

After the war, Ukraine's infrastructure must be rebuilt. Such reconstruction is a challenge in any case. If this challenge can be combined with a rebuilding of society, especially with a radical fight against corruption, reconstruction is also an opportunity. In a society that is (approximately) free of corruption, the available resources are used more effectively and the people who have to make decisions in the various places are more competent. In this way, in an (approximately) corruption-free society, the time needed for reconstruction can be cut in half or more. If a suitable concept can radically reduce corruption in a short time, an important prerequisite for successful reconstruction has been met.
