Pilot Phase

The purpose of this pilot study is, on the one hand, to gain an impression of the potential and difficulties that the concept of "Amnesty in Exchange for Guilty Plea" could have in Ukraine. On the other hand, we want to use this pilot study to demonstrate that we have the necessary contacts and expertise to carry out comprehensive research into this concept.
